Why go Natural ....Hair or Product?

Why did you decide to rock your natural hair and/or decide to use natural hair care products? Please, enlighten and inspire!

Honestly, I first decided to go natural (hair) to save time and money as going to the mainstream hair salon became costly and time exhausting. Then, all of a sudden I felt an incredible freedom in being natural....free from the box of what "our" hair is supposed to look like, and be. Freedom to express myself as I chose, the ability to be different. It gave me an unspeakable inner confidence. I gained the courage to say "I am beautiful" and to speak to my source and say " I am beautiful, just as You made me"....

In reciprocation, my hair is healthy, vibrant, thick....I have no intention of ever turning back!

I have 4B hair so 4 weeks after I got a relaxer it was time to get another one. That's a least $60 every 4 weeks, then if you want to get a wash and set every 2 weeks for $30 did I mention color too. Then, I would have to get it cut (more money) because it was over processed and damaged. But, I always admired the pictures of people with natural hair so I decided to give it a try. I am never going back. And after watching the movie "Good Hair" it gave me even more motivation.
